24-Hour Emergency Service

We work when you work. Jerry Brothers Industries, Inc. is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   If your manufacturing line is down, you can call our emergency lines at any time and reach an on-call associate for assistance. A real person will answer the phone and work with you to provide a belt and installation team as quickly as possible.

On-Site Installations

We service what we sell. Our highly skilled belt technicians are available for on-site installations and repairs. We can bring our tools to you to splice your belt and get you back up and running – JBI knows that downtime is money out of your pocket. Whether it is a 144” wide rubber belt for your tobacco threshing line, a polyurethane belt for your food application, or a narrow nylon core belt for your folding carton machine, JBI has the tools and the skills to get your line moving.

On-Site Training

We offer on-site training for your maintenance personnel. Whether your folks are brand new, or simply need a refresher, our belt technicians can provide training on installation tools, fabrication techniques and splicing guidelines. JBI will also provide splicing samples and instructions for your continued reference after we leave your site.
