Jerry Brothers Industries (JBI) was founded by the Jerry family in the early 1900s in Richmond, VA. The business remained in the Jerry family until the late 1970s. During the 1980s, Ted Lushch purchased the small tobacco-oriented company, and transformed it into a full-service conveyor belting company. Our products now range from nylon core belting for the folding carton industry to monofilament belting for the food and wood industries. As JBI continued to grow, Mr. Lushch formed a partnership with Mike Barker in 1995 and opened an additional conveyor belt manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC (Jerry Brothers Industries - South, Inc.). JBI continues to meet our customers' needs in the highly competitive belting industry, while upholding the commitment to excellence started by our founders.
